While logged into HackerRank for Work, go to Tests and click on the "New Test" button in the top right hand corner.

To use an existing sample test curated by HackerRank based on common technical positions, click the "Select a Role" dropdown and choose the role that best fits your needs. A fully fleshed out test will be added to your account, which you can edit however you'd like.

To instead create a new custom test, enter a test name and its duration and click on "Create Test".
