Training Glass Installation For technical operating staff

Büchi glass pilot plants are designed and manufactured for long-lasting oper-ation in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Our products comply with current guidelines, standards and regulations of industry and authorities.

With this training we offer our customers the opportunity to get familiar with various subjects in glass plant engineering with the goal being able to service and maintain glass plants largely themselves.

The unique «büchiflex» flexible glass joint facilitates the maintenance of our glass plants and greatly reduces downtime. Maintenance of our glass plants as well as other subjects will be reviewed and trained as practical hands-on examples.

The following topics are included in the instruction:• material knowledge (borosilicate glass, glass lining, Teflon, etc.)• guidelines / regulations (PED / ATEX / TA-Luft / cGMP...)• plant engineering (Glass installation, Büchi reactor, scaffolding construction)• service / maintenance

Special trainings for maintenance of shell and tube heat exchangers etc. will be held upon request.
