Access The cottages are accessed via a private road from the B8062, Brioch Road.

A right-of-way to the north hosts an excellent short walking route into the town of Crieff or beyond to Highlandman Loan.

Travelling north, exit the A9 onto the A822 road signposted for Greenloaning/Braco/Muthill/Crieff. Continue onto the A822 for 11 miles through Braco and Muthill. Travel over the bridge to enter Crieff and turn

right onto Broich Rd/B8062, signposted Auchterarder, and continue on the B8062 for 1.1 miles. Take the private road sign posted for Pittentian and continue on this road forking left until arriving at the properties.

Travelling south, leave Perth on the A85 road signposted Methven/Crieff and continue for 15 miles through Methven. Continue on A85 through the main street of Crieff, turning left onto A822 road at the T junction. Take left onto the B8062 Broich Rd signposted Strathearn Community Campus and continue for approximately 1.1 miles. Take the private road sign posted for Pittentian and continue on this road, forking left until arriving at the properties..
