AND DETAILS OF SAID CONTRACT(S) CAN BE AVAILABLE UPON SIGNING OF NON-

OWNED BY VICTOR SINCLAIR, AND INVENTORY, “AS IS”, INCLUDING IMPROVMENTS DONE
BY OWNERS IN THE COURSE OF PROVIDING THE UPMOST “TURN KEY” OPPORTUNITY FOR
