Cypress Business Park is in the heart of the Mid-Pinellas submarket, the largest and most convenient area in Pinellas County. The submarket’s location, along with a large road network (I-275, U.S. Highway 19, Ulmerton Road, Roosevelt Blvd., 49th St., 66th St. and Bryan Dairy Road/118th Ave. N) provides unparalleled access to employees and employers.
To make travel into and around Pinellas County easier and safer, changes to the existing roadway system are under way. The Gateway Expressway project will link I-275, U.S. Highway 19 and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). This project will create two new, four-lane, elevated, tolled roadways that will provide direct connections, with no intersections, between U.S. Highway 19 and I-275, and between the Bayside Bridge (north of 49th St. N.) and I-275. Construction started in November 2017 and will run through late 2021. The Gateway Expressway project will enhance safety, add capacity and improve mobility.
Cypress Business Park resides within minutes of this highway network.
