Liquid Handling Pumps

13231 PUMP, LIQUID Diaphragm, Process Scale KNF model UNF300, diaphragm liquid pumps for larger scale pumping. Self-priming for excellent pressure performance. Up to 3 L/min flow rates with suction head at 10.5 PSI (719mbar, 9.8 ft H20) and pressure head up to 15 PSI, (1bar). Chemically resistant heads made of polypropylene or PVDF with diaphragms made of coated PTFE and other internal parts made from inert materials such as PTFE, PVDF, EPDM and FFPM. These pumps are great for pilot plants, large chromatography columns or large scale rotary evaporator applications. Models have either a 115V, 60Hz, AC capacitor motor or a 12 or 24 volt, brushless DC (BDC) motor. Motor protection factor IP54. Approximate weight: - 03, -05 are 2800 grams; -10, -15 are 1000 grams. All process pumps have to be hard-wired in. Plumbing connections are 3/8-inch NPT.

Four separate diaphragm technology for smoother pumping and maximum efficiency. Up to 6 L/min flow rates with suction head at 10.5 PSI (719mbar, 8.8 ft H20) and pressure head up to 14.5 PSI, (1bar). Chemically resistant heads made of polypropylene or PVDF with diaphragms made of coated PTFE and other internal parts made from inert materials such as PTFE, PVDF, EPDM and FFPM. Fluid temperature range is ambient to 80°C. These pumps are great for pilot plants, large chromatography columns or large scale rotary evaporator applications. Models have either a 115V, 60Hz, AC capacitor motor or a 24 Volt, brushless DC motor. Motor protection factor IP54. Approximate weight; 2.5kilo grams. All process pumps have to be hard wired in. Plumbing connections are 3/8-inch NPT.
