The GNIS maps and tracks devices, assets and operations along with meteorological and event data, remote sensor and other telemetry. built into a layered and stacked environment. Completing this stack is a multi-channel communication and analytics engine. This provides users critical data, analysis, actionable intelligence (Decision Superiority) and responsive locational communications.

Aeeris is a major user of the platform and is arguably one of the worlds most experienced warning practitioners. The business maintains a round-the-clock monitoring and alerting operation crewed by meteorologists and expert personnel utilising the GNIS. This real world experience accumulated over a long period of time and complimented by our users has resulted in an unparalleled capability. The first warning issued by the GNIS was on 11 October 2007 following a year of initial development. EWN operators typically issue 500 to 1500 notifications per month through the GNIS covering all sorts of events. This number does not include automated system alerts. This persistent application of the technology has fed the development effort in a way no other provider of these technologies can offer.

Contributing to this is the experience of hundreds of clients and hundreds of thousands of recipients, all with highly individualised requirements. These range from threshold trigger points for notifications, types of warnings, zoning, preferred channels and branding to just name a few. The system demands are high, such that a single alert and polygon covers multiple channels and brands targeting hundreds of thousands of users that specifically need it, where and how they want it.

The system is also employed by numerous public warning authorities such as water boards and councils.

WORK ZONE MANAGEMENT LIMITEDEnterprise Work Force Threat Management

The EWN Worker Zone Management system is an extension of the Situation Room. Itprovides an enterprise level capability to identify immediately when a workforce is inan area under imminent threat from severe weather or another hazard.

A business can map zones on the Situation Room leveraging the GIS Alerting capabilityto keep their people safe anywhere in Australia. We can also customise the system tomonitor interests in other areas of the globe.

The current status of each zone of operation can be viewed on screen. These arecolour-coded for easy visual indication of their status:Green – Unrestricted access (default status)Amber – Proceed with cautionRed – Restricted access on a needs only basisBlack – Danger, keep out.

Whenever EWN Alert Operators generate a threat polygon that intersects with anyzones, the system will update the colour code automatically. The system will also sendan immediate notification to all personnel registered in that zone to respond byfollowing the recommended procedure.

SecureAMS LIMITEDMapping and Tracking Indoors

SecureAMS allows organisations to live track, monitor and manage large workforces and external contractors undertaking activities within facilities such as casinos, shopping centres, industrial sites and infrastructure projects.

SecureAMS allows clients to take control over safety, security, procurement, fraud and in particular manage authentication access and keys for certain workers and contractors within defined areas. An emerging issue for enterprises is that increasingly large proportions of workforces are now external contractors. Monitoring, tracking and managing security access for these personnel has become a serious issue.

The SecureAMS solution requires all staff and contractors working on a particular site to have a radio-frequency identification (RFID)enabled device or a mobile app on the phone used by the worker to gain permission to collect key-sets and access areas they are authorised to within the site

As all of this activity takes place, location and other data is monitored and recorded by the central dashboard operated by the enterprise. The users phone regulates security identification via facial recognition technology integrated by Aeeris into the SecureAMSproduct. This data is useful to manage safety, fraud, security, contractor billing and worker attendance

SecureAMS seamlessly interfaces with the popular KeyWatcher Cabinets, a product manufactured by US firm Norse Watchman. KeyWatcher cabinets are a widely distributed device for managing the access to keys used by personnel for access to security doors, access points and vehicles. There are well over a thousand KeyWatcher cabinets installed in Australia and many tens of thousands worldwide. It is important to note that KeyWatcher users are by nature large enterprises

SecureAMS enables the worker or contractor to wirelessly unlock the KeyWatcher cabinet and gain access to only those keys for which the worker has security clearance. An example is a repair technician contractor arriving at a site such as a commercial building to undertake a job. SecureAMS technology requires the technician use their own smart phone to identify themselves via facial recognition upon arrival at the site, gain automated wireless access to specific keys which are required for the job from the KeyWatcher cabinet, complete the job and return the keys. While at the site the location and movement of the technician is recorded, tracked and live monitored.
