ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
DEE with working in production department at automobile
partsmanufacturing sector from 11th oct 2011.
Experienced in all ascept of the production including manpower,
Kanban,Machine planning and Despatch.
Hands on experience in the organizing and planning of production
targets toachieve customer satisfaction.
Hands on experience in making of Control Plan , Process Flow and
Workstandard, Kanban, SWCT, Quick Changeover, Production
planning.
Experience in Problem solving Tools. Excellent communication
skills with troubleshooting, analytical & problem
solving capabilities.
Following the pull system in production Determination &
Elimination of Waste in the lean manufacturing system Monthly
Internal 5s audit conduct in production area. Trouble shooting,
Poka yoke, single piece flow, Kanban card monitoring,
Lead & cycle time reduction are the part of responsibilities
held.
Knowledge in MIG & TIG Welding.TRAINING PROGRAMME:
Attened training on Continuous Improvement, Kanban,
Employeeinvolvement, TPM.
Work standard, Process flow and Control plan. Visual Management,
Work place organization, 5S, Error proofing and Quick
setup. Downtime, Changeover and Productivity index.
