Proposed – waiting on APML approval
Open – has APML approval and is “in work”
Proposed Closed – all tasks are completed and assignee has proposed closure
Closed – closure approved by APML
Rejected - once rejected, no longer a viable chit

Change to ‘Yes’ And search
Go to “LESPMR”, and select “Advanced Search” from the dropdown menu

Assign ‘Due Date’, ‘Priority’, ‘IPT’ Task is assigned to, ‘Assignee’ by name, ‘WMS Task ID’ if known and ‘Description’ of task to be completed
Attach any files as applicable

Request to Close a Chit

Chit Options Section allows for viewing of ‘Chit History’, to ‘Print Chit’ or ‘Request to Close’.
Select ‘Request to Close’ to start closure option
