Designed for use in tough quarry conditions or special foundation engineering (roads and road building, slope reinforcement, blasting), the MDS-2000 drilling system ensures efficient resource planning, exact execution and timely billing of various drilling projects and minimises machine wear and tear. The system determines the drilling depth and angle and also records the engine data of the drilling device. A constant drilling depth can be achieved even in uneven areas with the goniometer or a laser reference level oriented to the terrain. With the di-rection finder or GNSS, the system records the machine alignment. With the GNSS sensor, exact angle alignment of the drill hole is possible. The telemetric data transfer makes it possible to call up drilling and machine data via the web interface and the location of the machine can be located at any time via GNSS. Through teleservices, the MOBA service team can log directly into the system via an Internet connection. This allows updates and service calls to be realised quickly without time-consuming on-site service being necessary.
