Prior to his recent affiliation with SVN International Corporation,where he is Managing Director, Thomas A. Collins was a founder andpresident of Commercial Associates Realty, Inc., brokers andconsultants providing real estate services throughout the HudsonValley and beyond. Mr. Collins has a CCIM designation, (a certifiedmember of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute), and is apast president of the New York State CCIM Chapter. Mr. Collins' realestate background of over 27 years includes appraisal, brokerage,consulting, site selection, development, re-development andmortgage finance.

Since co-founding Commercial Associates Realty in 1998, Mr. Collinshas facilitated over 120 million dollars in transactions, consisting ofinvestment, office, industrial and retail properties.

He is a Mayoral appointment to the KingstonWaterfront Redevelopment Committee and the City of KingstonZoning Revision and Comprehensive Plan Committees.
