HIGH ROAD GOES NATIONAL WITH THE FRESH MARKET
(Atlanta, GA April 9, 2012) High Road Craft Ice Cream, Inc., a
chef-owned and operated boutique manufacturer of luxury-tier ice
cream, gelato and sorbet is launching nationwide with upscale food
retailer The Fresh Market late this April. After a successful pilot
run with select stores in Metro-Atlanta, The Fresh Market picked up
three High Road flavors for introduction in all its stores: Bourbon
Burnt Sugar, a custardy, caramelized vanilla base with Maker's
Mark™ Bourbon Whiskey; French Toast, a malt ice cream with vanilla
bean, cinnamon and real maple syrup; and Vanilla Fleur de Sel, the
company's second-best selling flavor featuring Fleur de Sel de
Camargue.
The company is expanding rapidly on the heels of an incredibly
successful Fancy Food Show, hosted by the National Association for
the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT). High Road Craft Ice Cream
