  • baby room. The winning team won a crib from MDB as everyone enjoyed a friendly and lively design competition. Tracy Fong, VP of Sales and Branding for the MDB Family states, "As a market leader in nursery furnishings and design, we are so excited to partner with MomTrends and Project Nursery, both of whom share our vision for a life beautifully curated, to share nursery trends for 2013 to a fabulous group of influential moms." In addition to the design element, guests were able to mix and mingle while also fostering business relationships, meeting brands, networking and obtaining content for their publications. “The event was a huge success, we were able to share the hottest design trends with the biggest online influencers,” said Nicole the Editor of Momtrends. With the New York-area being hit by Sandy a few weeks ago, Momtrends teamed up with Baby Buggy, a non-profit that gets new and used baby gear and clothing, where guests had the opportunity to give back and donate diapers, wipes and toiletries to families in need. “Baby Buggy is grateful to have supporters like MomTrends who are truly dedicated to helping families in need. Diapers are already a relentless need; even more so in the time of crisis. The diapers collected from the MomTrends drive will go to help Sandy’s littlest victims,” stated Erin Berger Director of Corporate Product Outreach at Baby Buggy. An evening of style, design and charity, the MDB Style event showcased how the modern parent can have the nursery of their dreams using furnishings from the MDB Family, tips from Project Nursery and the latest trends from Momtrends.
