located in Riyadh, K.S.A. AL ARZA possess a wide range of human resources this allows the company to quickly mobilize its

operation to include other opportunities in the rapidly growing commercial and industrial market. It has the ability and financial resources to undertake any major construction project and has completed any array of contracts to different sectors nationwide.

Procurement for fit out and wooden works Projects is a

tough task and requires highly experienced Professionals and sophisticated systems to enable delivery of material on time for projects. To ensure that material supplied is at the best price with appropriate quality, AL ARZA has set up extensive "Supply Chain Network" with reputed Suppliers and its affiliates. Material control involves exhaustive logistics and distribution for a geographically diversified AL ARZA which is networked with the site stores at projects. These stores maintain Inventory of essential consumables and project related items for quick distribution to project sites.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AL ARZA is well equipped supply qualified personals for technical service to the clients

and know how to drive from the company wide experience. Most staff has overseas experience of not less then five to eight years in their related activities.

SUPERVISION:

In order to realize proper execution of any specific activity that is carried and smoothly parallel to given timetable. Supervisors are assigned to each and every job that has been awarded to AL ARZA The company considers proper supervision to be important and invaluable in the performance a particular job with the scientific and technical perfection. The duties of our well experience supervisors are:

To supervise the working staff, checking daily on the quality of the task completed, giving necessary instruction and guidance.

To ensure that the task are carried out in accordance with the specified schedule.
