Compression Squeeze Treating Packer (CSTP)

DOT CSTP (Compression Squeeze Treating

Packer) Retrievable Packer is a

compression set packer with hydraulic hold

down that is designed to provide an extra

measure of dependability for rugged

service. The hydraulic actuated upper hold

down provides more than the usual surface

area to assure the packer will not move up

the hole.

It is ideally suited for any acid stimulation,

cement squeeze job which can be run in

tandem with Dynamic model Retrievable

Bridge Plug for isolating and treating each

interval separately. Best suitable for Casing

Integrity, Leak and Hunt detection test,

Stimulation purpose.

Scraper Retrievable Packer (SRP)

SRP is a newly developed tool to run in

tandem with scraper for providing time

saving solution. This will help to eliminate a

second trip Packer run.

Scraper run along with RTTS packer run takes more or less than 24 Hours of Rig Time for the depth of 1500mts. Whereas DOT SRP saves the operator 50% of rig time to run along with the scraper in the same single trip.

Special Features

Provides extra measures for robust and rugged services.

The HHD (hydraulic hold down body) of SRP avoids any piston effect.

Best for HPHT wells. Designed with positive rotational

lock on all internal connections which allows extreme torque values transmitted through the packer.

DOT V‐III Unloader Valve

DOT V‐III Unloader is designed as a high‐

pressure accessory for DOT CSTP Packer

designed to withstand severe operating

conditions.

DOT V‐III Unloader provides a means of

equalizing tubing and annulus pressures as

well as bypass to allow fluid to pass

through the mandrel of the packer while

running the tubing string in and out of the

well.

Circulating can be established to spot

fluids to the packer or circulating debris

from the hole.

DOT ANC Storm Valve

The DOT ANC storm valve, which is run

above the CSTP compression set packer,

provides a means to isolate the tubing

below the packer and disconnect the

running string by 22 turns of the left‐hand

rotation.

An ideal tool to perform well head repairs.

The running string can be re‐connected

and the valve opened to equalize the

pressure for packer retrieval.

The Storm Valve features an expendable

plug that provides through bore access for

circulation or for wire the passage.

Heavy Duty Packer (HD)

DOT HD Retrievable Packer is a heavy‐duty

service packer ideally suited for all types of

squeeze cementing, formation fracturing,

high pressure acidizing etc. it is a large

opening compression set packer with

hydraulic button‐type hold down. This

packer withstands high pressure from

above or below and uses a 3‐element

packing system. J‐slot and a drag block

mechanism for easy setting. This packer

has a built‐in unloader which circulates

across the hold down buttons to improve

retrievability and run in performance.

StradaServ Packer

Dynamic Model StradaServ Packer is a

retrievable, treating packer that features

spacing between elements. This spacing

between elements will ensure that

perforations are isolated and treated

individually, giving the client flexibility to

pump required amount/concentration of

acid for a particular zone.

The StradaServ packer gives client the

flexibility to increase the spacing between

the elements with the help of adaptor

provided depending on the perforation

interval.

Special Features

Treatments can be performed through the same tool with one trip for multiple zones.

Adaptors give adjustability to the spacing between elements.

Spacing between packer elements. Elastomers used are of a higher

grade which can be exposed to acid or any stimulation purpose.

Acid Wash Cup Packers (AWT)

Acid Cup Packer is a tool used for washing

or acidizing perforations in casing and sand

screens. It is also used for checking non‐

perforations, to verify injection rates and

penetration, or for opening voids behind

the casing for more effective gravel pack

operations. The straddle interval is easily

field converted from one foot to any

distance by simply adding tubing above the

DOT Retrievable Bridge Plug (RBP) c/w Spring Loaded

Retrieving Tool

The DOT Retrievable Bridge Plug is high

pressure packer style bridge plug used for

multiple selective zone treating and testing

operations. The DOT Retrievable Bridge Plug

is a superior field proven design. The DOT

Retrievable Bridge Plug is designed to set in

tension or compression, which makes it ideal

for shallow applications to test wellhead for

deep, high pressure applications.

The plug is designed with large internal

bypass to prevent swabbing when running

and retrieving. The by‐pass closes during the

setting of the plug and opens prior to

releasing the upper slips to equalize pressure

when unsetting.

Dynamic Model Permanent Cast Iron

Cement Retainer is a field proven design

which makes it versatile tool and can be

used in many applications.

This is a high‐performance drillable cement

retainer ideal for most remedial cementing

applications. It is designed to function as a

drillable squeeze packer which after

cementing acts as a plug trapping to squeeze

pressure on the cement below the retainer

and isolating the newly cemented area from

Hydraulic Setting Tool

Dynamic Model Hydraulic Setting Assembly

(HST) is a hydraulic setting tool designed for

setting packers and plugs without pipe

manipulations. It is used to set packers and

plugs that are normally set with Wireline

pressure setting assembly. The same adapter

kit that is used on wireline can be used with

the HST.

The Hydraulic Setting Tool and plug are run

on the tubing to the desired setting depth

and a ball is dropped to the HST. Pressure is

applied to close the fill ports, which also

opens the setting pistons to pressure as

pressure is applied, force is transmitted to

the plug to set. Tubing tension can also be

applied to supplement the setting force

generated by the pressure applied.

The standard setting tool comes with three

pistons, but additional pistons can be added

to reduce setting pressure.

Supercomp Plug 15K Psi

The Dynamic Supercomp Plug is made up of

composite metallurgy with Aluminum body.

The plug is designed with robust casting slips

to hold the pressure of 15,000 Psi above and

10,000 Psi below.

The plug isolates a formation for Fast Drill

tubing operations in both single and

multiple‐zone plug and perf completions. It

maintains efficient drill‐outs using

conventional drilling methods, including

coiled tubing milling.

The 15K Plug is rated up to 350°F (176°C)

and to 15,000 psi (1,034 Bar) above and

10,000 (827 Bar) below, enabling the plug to

be deployed in multiple environments.

Environmental selection of Supercomp can

be rated of temperature from 275°F to 450°F

and above depending upon the selection of

elastomers

DLH – HP Production Packer

The DOT Hydraulic set single string

retrievable packer used in virtually any

production applications. Tubing pump

pressure is applied to set the packer and

the setting force is locked in to the packer

by a body lock ring.

A large internal by‐pass reduces swabbing

when running and retrieving. The by‐pass

closes when the packer is set, and opens

during the releasing process to allow

pressure equalization.

This Packer can be run in single or multiple

configurations (tandem).

Shear screws are used to control the

packer release. The standard DOT packer is

designed for differential pressure up to

7,500 Psi.

Dot DLH‐HP Packer can be used for Production, Injection, Medium pressure stimulations etc.

Packer is a retrievable, double‐grip

compression – or tension – set production

packer that can be left in tension,

compression, or in a natural position, and

will hold pressure from above or below.

A large internal bypass reduces the

swabbing effect during run‐in and retrieval,

and closes when the packer is set. When the

The DOTSet‐IXS injection Packer is a

versatile, general purpose, large bore,

double‐grip, retrievable packer. A

mechanical locking system allows the

Dot Set Thermal Packer (400 DegF Rating)

The Model “Dot Set” Thermal Packer is a

single‐string, double‐grip retrievable style

packer designed especially for geothermal,

steam flood or other severe temperature

wells, holds pressure differentials securely

from both above and below the packer.

Dot Set Thermal Packer may be set using

either tension or compression force and,

once set, may be left in either mode, or in

neutral, without any danger of the packer

releasing accidentally.

The Packer has single element system (AFLAS) protected by brass back‐up rings serving as non‐extrusion rings protecting the element from blowing off during high pressure injections.

Thermal Expansion Joint

Dynamic Model Thermal expansion join,

compensates for tubing movement

resulting from temperature variations in

the well. The joint reduces the stresses

transmitted to packers in single‐string,

high‐temperature, high‐pressure

completions during injection, production,

shut‐in and stimulation. The clutch at the

top and bottom of the stroke facilitates

the setting and retrieval of production

packer.

The joint has a swivel that enables the

tubing to rotate, preventing excessive

torque on the tubing connections. The

joint can be shear‐pinned in the open or

closed position for deployment in the well.

Premium thermal seal stacks maintain

pressure up to 650 Deg F and 2,500 Psi.

DXA – Sliding Sleeve

Non ‐ Elastomeric

DXA Non – Elastomeric Sliding Sleeve is a

communication device with a ported inner

sleeve that can be opened or closed using

a shifting tool by standard slickline or

coiled tubing methods. Equalizing holes in

the inner sleeve provide pressure

equalization between the tubing and

casing annulus as the sleeve is opened.

The DXA Sliding Sleeve is a shift‐up‐to‐

open tool.

The DXA Non‐Elastomeric Sliding Sleeve is

designed for use in high temperature wells

to establish a means of communication

between the tubing string and casing

annulus for single‐tubing or multiple‐

tubing sting completions.

DB Shifting Tool DB Shifting Tool is designed to selectively locate and shift most sliding sleeves. This is accomplished by the “DB” Shifting tool keys engaging the Inner Sleeve of the Sliding Sleeve, depending on the direction the tool is run, up or down, the sleeve is shifted. DB Shifting Tools are supplied standard with Self‐releasing keys, allowing the shifting tool to disengage. Self‐releasing keys also allow multiple Sliding Sleeves to be shifted in 1 trip. DB Shifting tools can also be supplied dressed with Shear‐To‐Release keys allowing the shifting tool to shift only 1 Sliding Sleeve.

Pump Out Plug

Dynamic Model Pump‐Out plug assembly

temporarily plugs the tubing and serves as

a temporary bright plug when used with a

packer set. After the production string has

been landed or the well is prepared for

production, the internal plug will shear out

when the appropriate differential pressure

is applied to the tubing, leaving a full

opening.
