announced plans for a $25 million, two-phase senior-

425 Duke Drive in Franklin. Phase two will involve
the build-out of a new Nashville data center. More

new office tower in downtown Nashville. The move

— including ones in Chicago and Indianapolis — to
Nashville. State officials said total investment in the
project would top $230 million.

Global automotive supplier DENSO will open a new
shipping warehouse in Nashville, Tennessee. The
company will invest approximately $6.7 million to
open a 165,000 square-foot warehouse, which will
result in the creation of about 20 new jobs.
DENSO's new location, DENSO Logistics Nashville
Tennessee (DLNT), is scheduled to open in April
2015. DENSO Corp., headquartered in Kariya, Aichi
prefecture, Japan, is a leading global automotive
supplier of advanced technology, systems and
components in the areas of thermal, powertrain
control, electronics and information and safety.

the area. Steriliz will initially operate out of
Healthcare Resource Partners' Franklin office but is
hoping to find office space near the area's other

LegalConfirm, a Maryland-based electronic legal
confirmation provider, according to a news release.
LegalConfirm will relocate to Confirmation.com's
Brentwood headquarters and its founder, Payton
Baran, will oversea business development for the
legal confirmation service. Terms of the deal were
not disclosed. This is the second acquisition in four
months for Confirmation.com, which acquired
London-baed ProConfirm in July.

Tennessee. Consolidating all headquarters
functions into the Murfreesboro facility, the
automotive supplier will create approximately 100
new jobs in Rutherford County. An additional 100
jobs will be transferred from M-TEK’s Manchester,
Tennessee manufacturing location and the
remaining jobs will be transferred from the
company’s Farmington Hills, Michigan and Dublin,
Ohio locations. The new facility represents an
estimated investment of $13.4 million. Construction
of the 63,800-square-foot, two-level building, will be
located on 10 acres on the northwest side of
Gateway Boulevard and Garrison Drive in
Murfreesboro with an expected completion of
August 2016. M-TEK manufacturers a wide range of
automotive parts for several North American
assembly plants that include door trip panels, rear
shelf, trunk trim, dash insulators and plastic injection
trim. To meet the growing global market demands,
M-TEK also provides export sales to Mexico and
Asia.

As Nissan's local manufacturing plants continue to
grow, the automaker has teamed with the
Tennessee Board of Regents to build a $35 million
education and training facility adjacent to the
Smyrna assembly plant. An extension of Tennessee
College of Applied Technology in Murfreesboro, the
center will prepare workers for jobs in advanced
manufacturing including engineering, robotics and
manufacturing maintenance. Officials from Nissan
and the State of Tennessee gathered at the site on
Monday to break ground on the more than 150,000-
square-foot facility.

Dell is adding approximately 250 sales representatives to
its Nashville-area team, the company announced today.
The growth announcement comes at a time when the
technology company has been shrinking some of its
other Nashville operations, including shuttering a
customer support unit earlier this spring. The release
says the company decided to grow its Nashville team
based on its "robust" operations in the Nashville area.

Interstate Warehousing officials have announced plans to
invest $24.7 million to add 160,000 square feet to their
existing Murfreesboro facility, located on Joe B. Jackson
Parkway. The project will support 122 new full-time jobs.
Interstate Warehousing is one of the top ten cold storage
warehousing companies in the United States. It operates
seven warehouses with refrigerated and frozen space
nationwide, and is a division of Tippmann Group,

Global investment banking firm Canaccord Genuity is
opening a five-employee Nashville office with plans to

The Scott Hamilton Proton Therapy Center received
approval from the Tennesee Health Servicces and
Development Agency for a $109 million facility. The
facility will be the third in Tennessee and is targeted to

Online retail giant Amazon said Tuesday it is hiring for full-
time jobs across its U.S. network of fulfillment centers.
The expansion means more new jobs for Murfreesboro,
home to a more than 1-million-square foot Amazon
distribution center. The June issue of the Nashville
Business Journal quoted the number of jobs in
Murfreesboro at 500.

TWB Company, LLC officials today announced the
company will expand its current operations in Tennessee
by locating a new manufacturing facility in Nashville.
TWB will invest $18 million in this new operation,
creating 41 new jobs in Davidson County. TWB will
operate out of a 120,000 square foot facility at 6050
Dana Way, the company’s second location in Tennessee.
The company also has operations in Smyrna. The
Davidson County location will manufacture tailor welded
blanks, which are individual steel sheets of different
thickness, strength and coating joined together by laser
welding and then stamped into automotive body panels.
