Dear Customer I am sure you are aware that the price of fuel has risen considerably in recent months and is now approaching the point at which our fuel surcharge will be re-introduced (last in place July 2015). The surcharge will only be applied when the average price of diesel exceeds 95p per litre excluding VAT for a period of one month. The escalator will be used to evaluate the appropriate level of surcharge and is monitored and adjusted if necessary on a monthly basis. We use the price per litre published by the Road Haulage Association to set our rate. Details of the applicable banding will be available on our website www.redhead-int.com and updated monthly.
