SIGNIFICANT OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT
A. Among the Operations Highlighted as HIO/HVT includes: 1. BUY-BUST OPERATIONS RESULTING TO THE DISMANTLING OF DRUG DEN

May 2, 2019 – Joint operatives of PDEA RO3 – PDEA RO3 RSET, PDEA Angeles CO, PDEA Pampanga PO, and operatives from FSNL 3012nd AISS, 301st SMG and 300th AISW, PAF conducted BUY-BUST operation resulted to dismantling of DRUG DEN at South Daang Bakal Brgy. Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga; arrest of Dennis Agama Y Lagusay, Jay-R Gerardo Y Saavedra, Erme Regodos Y Francisco, Elezandro Cunanan Y Mesina, Jetro Espiritu Y Flores, Jeffrey Murao Y Atibo, Roberto Atibo Y Catapang, Macrina Guillermo Y Del Rosario; and confiscation of MOL 10 grams of Shabu and various drug paraphernalia.

2. ARREST OF HIGH VALUE TARGET
May 1, 2019 – Operatives of PDEA Nueva Ecija together with Balay Silangan conducted BUY-BUST operation in Brgy. Aduas Centro, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija resulted to the arrest of Christopher Samonte Valino @ Aries (Targetlisted) and Paquito Carpio Diaz @ Jess (Targetlisted), and confiscation of MOL .4 grams of Shabu.
B. Search and Seizure Operations: Table below shows the search and seizure operations conducted by this Regional Office for the month of April 2019. After the searches, a random drug testing of the Persons Deprived of Liberties (PDLs) and personnel from the subject jail facilities were also conducted and all were yielded negative results.

B. Efforts on Barangay Drug Clearing Program (BDCP) and other Activities of the Provincial and City Offices
May 7, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac PO Awarded 6 Certificates of Drug Cleared Barangays from the municipality of Anao, Tarlac held at SB Hall, Anao, Tarlac.
May 8, 2019 – PDEA RO3 BDCP Team had a meeting at the regional office.
May 30, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan PO together with ARD Lyndon Aspacio served as Resource Speaker for Barangay Drug Clearing Program (BDCP) lecture during the Quarterly Program Coordination Team (PICT) meeting participated by all Doctors (C/MHO, C/RHP and COH) of different health units in the Province of Bulacan held at Widus Hotel, Clarkfield Pampanga.
May 31,2019 – PDEA Bataan PO and Bataan PDEU conducted meeting/lecture at Dinalupihan MPS regarding Status and Problems Encountered in Barangay Drug Clearing. Said activity was attended by secretaries of the different barangays of Dinalupihan, Bataan.
C. Updates on Balay Silangan and Activities of Balay Silangan Team
May 3, 2019 – IO 1 Mena A Castillo together with Florentino T. Galapon, Barangay Councilor, Barangay Lomboy, Talavera, Nueva Ecija, proceeded to Mega Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in Palayan City to personally receive the results of Drug Dependency Examination of Balay Silangan Reformists in Talavera.
May 17, 2019 - Balay Silangan Team had a meeting with Dr. Giovannie Garcia regarding the status and updates of the reformists who had undergone the Alcohol, Smoking, Substace Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST) and Drug Dependency Examination at City Health Office, Kapitan Pepe, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
May 20, 2019 - IA 1 Vivien A Molina had a dialogue with Mr. Jose Patrick Madayag, Lecturer of Balay Silangan Program, PECIS NHQ.
May 21, 2019 – Balay Silangan Team had a meeting with PCPT. Danilo D Libertao Jr, Operations Officer and PCMS Maribeth P Lubguban, MESPO, Talavera PS about the updates on Balay Silangan Reformation Center in Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
May 22, 2019 – Balay Silangan Team had a meeting with Edith Jongo, PIO, Mayor’s Office Talavera, PLTCOL Alexie A Desamito, Chief of Police and PCMS Maribeth P Lubguban, MESPO, Talavera PS about the Implementation, Completion of the program and the proposed date for the graduation activities of the first batch reformists of Balay Silangan Reformation Center in Talavera.

1. AURORA PROVINCIAL OFFICE
May 8, 2019 – PDEA Aurora PO participated in the POC Performance Audit, attended by other members of said POC PA, Headed by Aurora DILG PD Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac Jr. at the DILG Conference Room, Baler, Aurora.
May 21, 2019 – PDEA Aurora PO attended Weekly Oversight Committee Meeting and Intel Workshop re PDEA/PNP Unified Drug Watchlist, and at the same time awarded Drug Cleared Certificates to COPs held at APPO Baler, Aurora.
May 21, 2019 – PDEA Aurora PO attended Provincial Peace and Order Council Meeting.
May 27, 2019 – PDEA RO3 personnel attended SPMS Orientation at Benigno Aquino Hall, Pampanga Capitol.
2. BATAAN PROVINCIAL OFFICE
May 21, 2019 – PDEA Bataan Provincial Office attended the celebration of the 10th Year Anniversary of Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan with the theme “Isang Dekadang Serbisyo Publiko: Pagkilala at Pagpapahalaga sa Kultura ng mga Kawani” at Liyang, Pilar, Bataan.
3. BULACAN PROVINCIAL OFFICE
May 3, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan PO attended the meeting with head security, PNP, Ciudad de Victoria, Philippine Arena, Bocaue, Bulacan re Maligaya Summer Blast 2019 event monitoring on May 4-5, 2019.
May 4, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan PO together with POD, RIU, Class Makilas and K9 Unit SES conducted event monitoring on “Maligaya Summer Blast 2019” held at the compound of Ciudad de Victoria, Bocaue, Bulacan.
May 9, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan PO attended the Provincial Peace and Order
Council Meeting (PPOC) in Hiyas ng Bulacan Building, Provincial Center, Malolos City, Bulacan.
May 16, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan PO headed by ARD Director III Lyndon Aspacio together with IA I Blessie Talavero, (C, POD), Mr. Christian De Honor (C, Admin), RSET, K9 Unit Clark Pampanga, PDEA Laboratory Services, Representatives from LTO, LTFRB, PNP Bulacan PPO/PNP Malolos CPS and DOH conducted OPLAN “HARABAS” wherein One hundred eighty-six (186) drivers (PUJ/tricycle drivers) of City of Malolos, Bulacan undergone drug test which yielded “NEGATINE” of any dangerous drugs at Xento Parking Express, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
May 24, 2019 – PDEA Bulacan PO attended Weekly Oversight Committee
Meeting on Police Operations together with Hon. Ambrosio Cruz Jr., Municipal Mayor, Provincial Director PSSUPT Chito Bersaluna and all Chief of Police of City/Municipalities of Bulacan held at Agatha Resort and Hotel, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
4. NUEVA ECIJA PROVINCIAL OFFICE
May 9, 2019 – PDEA Nueva Ecija PO attended POC Assessment at DILG Provincial Office.
May 10, 2019 – PDEA RO3 had their Capability Enhancement Seminar at the regional office.
May 27, 2019 – PDEA Nueva Ecija PO attended joint CPOC and CADAC Meeting in Gapan City.
5. TARLAC PROVINCIAL OFFICE
May 2, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac PO attended 2nd Quarter meeting of Joint Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) held at Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall (Old Building), Provincial Capitol, Tarlac City.
May 3, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac PO attended the PNP-PDEA-NBI Monthly Validation Workshop on Unified Suspected Drug Personality Watchlist held at the PD Conference Room, TPPO, Camp Gen. Francisco S Macabulos, Brgy. San Vicente, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
May 08, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac PO with P/LTC Razalan, DPDO PNP Tarlac PPO and Col. Elsa Miranda (Ret) PGT Representative, participated in the POC Performance Audit 2018 facilitated by DILG Tarlac held at the DILG Tarlac Conference Room, DILG Provincial Office, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
May 16, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac PO together with PLECC member agencies attended the 3rd Provincial Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (PLECC) meeting at Camp MAcabulos, Tarlac City, Tarlac hosted by Provincial Highway Patrol Team Tarlac.
May 17, 2019 – PDEA Tarlac PO together with Tarlac CPS Personnel led by P/TLC Joel Mendoza and Tarlac Provincial Jail Personnel conducted joint “OPLAN GALUGAD” at Tarlac Provincial Jail, Brgy. Dolores, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
6. ANGELES CITY OFFICE
May 2, 2019 – PDEA Angeles CO attended meeting on Community Based Rehabilitation Program and Barangay Drug Clearing Operations held at Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) Conference Room.
May 2, 2019 – PDEA Angeles CO attended meeting and signing of resolution re Unified Drug Watchlist and discussions on possible clearing of barangays and timely submission of documents of all joint operations with the PNP held at Angeles City Police Office (ACPO).
May 21, 2019 – PDEA Angeles CO together with PDEA RO3 RSET and PDEA RO3 Regional Director Atty. Gil T Pabilona attended Brigada Eskwela 2019 Kick Off Ceremony with the theme “Matatag na Bayan para sa Maunlad na Paaralan” held at Francisco G Nepomuceno Memorial High School.
May 21-24, 2019 – PDEA Angeles City participated in Brigada Eskwela 2019 at Francisco G Nepomuceno Memorial High School.
May 24, 2019 – PDEA Angeles CO attended meeting on Community Based Rehabilitation Program held at Department of Justice Conference Room.
May 28, 2019 – PDEA Angeles CO together with Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) CIB and PRO3 RIB attended Intelligence Workshop held at Angeles City Police Office City Director’s Office.
7. OLONGAPO CITY OFFICE &/SIU SBMA
May 2, 2019 – PDEA Olongapo City Office attended the Validation Workshop of
Unified Watchlist at Zion Hall, Camp Cabal Baretto, Olongapo City.
May 27, 2019 – IA 1 Marlon Manwi-it and Mr Glenn Guillermo Served as lecturer on “War on Drugs Seminar” at Bldg. 501, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
8. PAMPANGA PROVINCIAL OFFICE
May 3, 2019 – PDEA Pampanga PO attended meeting with PPO re unification of PDEA-PNP watchlist at Pampanga Police Provincial Office.
May 6, 2019 – PDEA Pampanga PO had a background investigation on Mark Kevin, case monitoring officer applicant.
May 17, 2019 – PDEA Pampanga PO attended graduation of Bahay Pagbabago in Mabalacat Sity.
May 18, 2019 – PDEA Pampanga PO attended the inauguration of Green City Medical Center.
May 21, 2019 – PDEA Pampanga PO attended seminar on Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines in San Ferdnando City Heroes Hall, Pampanga.
9. ZAMBALES PROVINCIAL OFFICE
May 16, 2019 – PDEA Zambales PO attended Weekly Oversight Committee with
PNP PZPO, Maritime Police, and PDEA held at ZPPO Conference Room, Camp
Condrado D Yap, Iba, Zambales.
May 23, 2019 – PSMS APRILYN DILAG, PCR PNCO visited PDEA Zambales
Provincial Office.
May 28, 2019 – PDEA Zambales PO attended Weekly Oversight Committee with
PNP PZPO, Maritime Police, and PDEA held at ZPPO Conference Room, Camp
Condrado D Yap, Iba, Zambales
10. CLARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT INTER-AGENCY DRUG INTERDICTION TASK GROUP (CRK-IADITG)
May 1-3 and 7, 2019 – CRK-IADITG conducted K9 Sweeping and Profiling at Clark International Airport.
11. SIU BATAAN
May 11, 2019 - Joint elements of PDEA Bataan SIU, PDEA Bataan PO, PPA Bataan, PCG K9 Team Bataan, 2nd PMFC Bataan PPO EOD K9 Team conducted K9 Sweeping and Profiling in Port of Capinpin, Orion Bataan to all
departing and arriving passengers, ferry and their baggage. No illegal drugs and contraband confiscated.
May 30, 2019 - Joint elements of PDEA Bataan SIU, PDEA Bataan PO, PPA Bataan, PCG K9 Team Bataan, 2nd PMFC Bataan PPO EOD K9 Team conducted K9 Sweeping, Panelling and Profiling in Port of Capinpin, Orion Bataan to all departing and arriving passengers and their baggage. No illegal drugs and contraband confiscated.
