UPVC frames and open able shutters with 4mm plain glass for all window and

French door.

Electricity Supply and Wiring

Three phase electricity supply and independent meters. Good branded ISO 9001 quality concealed copper wiring for light points, fan points and power sockets. Switches are Legrand or equivalent. Double door DB with phase changer switch. Power points will be provided for essential electrical appliances. AC Points will be provided for all bedroom and hall/ dining with copper pipe connection and water outlet. Power back will be provided for lift, common area and apartment. RMU (Compact)/ transformer will be provided.

Required space provided in all bedrooms and kitchen.
