- Earlier apparent bid for $2M was invalid leading to the final bid $1.2M which was accepted by all parties.
- Final tally of funds to club after fees and expenses

1. To improve the facilities for the existing members
- Better facilities- Increased comfort- Meet existing member’s needs
2. Add to the facilities of the club
3. Make the club more attractive to new members

Sub-committee Duties
The Sub-committee is charged with:
-establishing renovation budget
-establishing and prioritizing renovation project
-sourcing architect, project manager and builders
-purchasing of furniture and appliances
-reporting to the executive committee
