development– Many Factors moved Committee toward Objective

• Formal Evaluation– Published – Non-Published, Official requested

• Peer & Partner Evaluation– Cumulative, Twice in the Season

• Observe and Rate Pregame Activities• Note all penalties for crew review• Note plays of interest • Focus on Individual official for 2-3 series• Adjust focus for Special Situations

– Kicking game, Goal Line, Penalties• Take wide view for overall Crew comments

• Second half – Double check ratings and behaviors– Look for any adjustments discussed at Half– Develop the post game comments

• Be in the locker room for Postgame– In most cases the Crew Chief goes first– In most cases ONE Evaluator will present the comments– Per Official & Crew Provide one item for immediate improvement – Per Official & Crew Provide at least one positive observation– Keep it short
