FOOD SHIPMENTS RELEASE

Public Health section 2015

• This service is for issuance of health release certificate of food shipments received by Ajman port or other ports in UAE, our procedures are to check the contents of the shipments to comply with the UAE standards and regulations.

• This service is provided for companies inside and outside Ajman emirate.

• Fees for Issuance Of Release Certificate For Food Shipments : 200 AED

Food Shipments Release

• Customs declaration or bill of entry “ BOE “

• Health certificate from the country of origin - issued by legal authorities.

• Certificate of Origin

• Packing list

• HALAL certificate for the animal products or ingredient’s from approved society and slaughter house by MOEW - UAE

• Transfer certificate if the shipment coming into other ports in UAE

• Other certificates according to the type of food and country of origin like free of radiation certificate – free of antibiotic certificate –or other as per the requirements of MOEW

This two fields are temporally required to add now from the

client side till the integration with

customs and laboratory

Attach HALAL certificate from

approved Islamic society ( next slide)

Name of Islamic association should be approved according

to the list below
