Food preparation
Prepare a healthy 3 course dinner
Menu:
Starter:
Barbecue Chicken wings with pickled peach
Main course:
Spaghetti Bolognese with garlic bread
Dessert:
Cheesecake with ice cream
Barbecue chicken wings with pickled peach
Ingredients:
1 box of chicken wings
½ Juice from peach can
6-8 teaspoon of barbecue sauce
2 teaspoon dark sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon spicy red pepper
1 teaspoon sweet red pepper
2 teaspoon basil
1 lettuce
Equipment:
1 plastic bag
Method:
1. Cut wings into pieces (remove smallest part)
2. Mix all other ingredients and place them with chicken parts inside a plastic bag.
Leave the bag inside the fridge for 4 hours.
3. Pre-heat oven to 200C
4. Place the chicken parts on the baking tray, put same extra sauce on the top
5. Bake for 30 minutes (after 15mins replace them from back to front)
6. Cooked wings should be placed on lettuce leaves and served with peach pieces
Spaghetti Bolognese with garlic bread
Ingredients:
1 large onion (about 200 g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
200 g mushrooms
500 g of minced meat
3 cloves of garlic
2 cans (400 g each) of tomatoes - peeled, whole or sliced
Salt and pepper
Spaghetti pasta
Cheese for sprinkling
Fresh basil
Method:
Peel onion, cut into cubes and toss in the hot oil in a frying pan. Fry for 3 minutes until the
onions are slightly translucent. Then add the diced mushrooms, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
After this time, add the meat. In a frying pan, use a wooden spoon to divide them into smaller
pieces. Cook for about 30 minutes until the meat is browned, and even slightly burnt. Add
peeled, squeezed by the crushed garlic, stir and fry for half a minute. Then add the tomatoes.
Bring to the boil and reduce the heat. Simmer for at least one hour, stirring from time to time.
You can add some water to adjust the density of the sauce. Finally season with salt and
pepper. When pasta and the sauce are ready place them on the plate and add cheese on top.
Cheesecake
Recipe for cheesecake
This graceful and very delicious crust consists of four layers, but it is easy to prepare, and
even easier to consuming.
1. At the bottom and at the top take :
• 3 cups of flour ,
• 4 egg yolks ,
• vegetable butter or margarine ( 250 g) ,
• A small teaspoon of baking powder
• ½ cup sugar
Knead all ingredients (chilled margarine into creases
best cut with a knife and make the flour). Crimped mass refrigerate to cool for about 30
minutes.
2. In the center of the layer of cheese get :
• 4 vanilla cream cheese ,
• 2 egg yolks ,
• 1 tbsp. custard (cream or vanilla)
• ½ cube butter, softened ,
• In a separate bowl, whisk egg with two
proteins separated from w / in the yolks.
Ingredients blend by adding at the end of whipped froth of two proteins.
3. 2/3 of chilled dough from the refrigerator rolls and place on the bottom of the baking
pan. Bake it in a preheated oven to 1700C for about 10 - 15 minutes.
4. The pre-baked dough evenly distributes the
weight of the item premastered. 2 and set
aside.
5. Beat the egg with four proteins (must
remember to not get the egg) with a pinch of
salt. Then add one cup of sugar slowly this
cake has subsided) whisking constantly
(mix). Then add a tablespoon of custard cream or a spoonful of cornstarch. Made

6. Sprinkle with the remains (the remaining third) shortcrust pastry to the refrigerator (if

Your cheesecake should consist of four layers: the crust - cheese - foam - pie. If either lost in

7 Bake a whole at 1700C for about 50 minutes until the crumble will become a beautiful
golden brown. After removing the cake from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

For table setting we used candles, flowers on the middle and napkins inside wine glasses.
