any fresh foods you want to eat in the first week (for example: fruit, vegetables, eggs, milk,yoghurt)foods you need that are stored in the cupboard, including snacks and drinks (for example:breakfast cereal, rice, pasta, pasta sauce, tea, coffee)frozen and canned foods to eat in the second week (for example: cans of chickpeas,lentils, tuna, frozen mixed vegetables, frozen meals)foods to eat if you get sick (for example: canned or fresh soups, canned fruit, rice pudding).

Step 1. Check what foods you already have in your refrigerator and kitchen cupboards.  Plan to eat your fresh foods first.  

Step 2. Make a list of extra foods you need to last 14 days. Choose mainly healthy foods. The list should include:
