POSITION DESCRIPTION Under general direction, performs a wide range of clerical and basic accounting duties, involving specific office routines. F; is familiar with high speed copyiers machines, the printing services terminology, and printing processes, methods and procedures, in the Print Shop; performs related duties as required. Assist the Supervisor, Printing Services with clerical and basic accounting duties as needed. Class Characteristics: Incumbents work withare accustomed to the terminology and processes of a printing services environmentthe Print Shop; operate high speed copiersy machines; are familiar with the methods and procedures in the Print Shopprepare and manage accounting records by compiling data from a variety of sources, and, as needed assist in the operation of a wide variety of offset duplicating equipment and production Print Shop Services equipment. Incumbents will have frequent contact with administrators, vendors and site or departmental staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS) Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. ProvidesPerform routine office duties including, filing, and maintenance of

POSITION DESCRIPTION Provide direct support of social emotional support services to district and school site staff, including administrators, counselors, teachers and support personnel. Provide direction and oversight of social emotional support services to students in district-based alternative education settings. Identify the social emotional support needs of students at school sites and assist in the development of strategic plans with goals and objectives for implementation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS) Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Provide individual, group, and family social emotional support services

including use of restorative practices and consult with other agencies as appropriate.

2. Complete required documentation for students and school site monitoring. 3. Develop and maintain social emotional support programs to meet student

needs. 4. Conduct interviews, assessments, and observations. 5. Participate in needs assessments, strategic support plans, and department

meetings. 6. Provide in-service training to parents, community agencies, students, district

personnel and others.
