I like the font “RINGLEAD”, because it seems to be written with a marker. This gives me the impression of something DIY and creative; I feel that this will appeal to people, because they will want to see creativity in the magazine and clothes.

2

I like the font “INDELIBLE”, because it looks similar to graffiti and its sharp edges suggest danger and rebellion. I feel that this will appeal to the younger demographic; because it’s rebellious style will intrigue and motivate youngsters.

I like this font and would use it in my magazine cover, because the letters are thick and bold; it would make the magazine an eye catcher; something that stands out from the rest. The style is smooth with many curves to me this creates a calmed atmosphere for the reader and allows them to relax.

4

I would use this font, because the style is very posh and will make the reader feel sophisticated and intelligent; there for making the reader feel good about themselves. On the other hand this font is quite small and may be over shadowed on the cover.

This font is very nice to look at, because it is comprised of small little shapes that make the writing look like a flower bed; it makes the magazine natural and colourful (writing would need to be coloured). A drawback to this font would be that it may be harder to read on certain backgrounds.

6

This font is very rough and edgy and the style of the letters is similar to the style of the anarchy symbol; this suggests that the magazine is out of control and has no limits. If I use this font the fashion featured will have to match the style of the font so that there isn’t any contrast in style between the fashion and title.

This font creates a very futuristic sci- fi atmosphere, which could be used to suggest that our fashion line is out of this world. To spice up the font various different colours could be added to the individual squares; this would also make the magazine more colourful and appealing.

8

This font uses large, bold writing, this could contrast with the smaller writing to make it stand out and make the magazine more noticeable on a whole. This style is also very similar to the style used by the popular magazine “GLAMOUR”; this shows that the style works.
