Chapter 1 Switch ON/OFF FOMO Booth machine

Chapter 2 Network Management

2.1 Connect/Re-connect to Wi-Fi 1. Click “Settings”

3. Click “Manage WiFi and Wired Connections”

4. Select your wireless network

a. Make sure “Automatically connect to this network” is checked.

b. Click on “Properties” to set network type and password

5. Input password and security type and password of your network a. Usually, the security type of the network is WPA1/2

2.2 Connect/Re-connect to Hotspot 1. Create personal hotspot on your mobile device or other hotspot devices. 2. Connect to the hotspot following the instructions given in “Chapter 2.1”

2.3 Clear printing queue or cancel a printing 1. Click “Settings”

3. Click “Clear Printing Queue” to cancel all printings jobs

4. Or directly click on the image in printing queue to cancel a printing

Chapter 3 Printing Management

3.1 Load/Reload paper 1. Open the back door of FOMO Booth Machine 2. Pull out the printer (optional) 3. Take around 50 pieces of photo paper 4. Load into printer

a. make sure printable side is upward and the end with FOMO logo shall be downwards

3.2 Switch ON/OFF printer 1. Open the back door 2. Pull out the printer

3. Press “Power” button

3.3 Reset Printer 1. Open the back door 2. Pull out the printer 3. Press “Reset” button (As shown in the image)

3.4 Change Ink Cartridge 1. Open the back door 2. Pull out the printer 3. Pull up the lid of the printer from the front of the printer

4. Press ink drop button (The middle button as shown in the image)

5. Wait until ink cartridge moved to the middle left of the printer

a. If printer stops at middle part, and ink holder cover cannot be opened, then press the Ink Drop button again and wait until the ink holder moves to the position where it can be opened.

6. Take out old ink and replace them with new ink (make sure inks of different colors are in their right slot)

7. Press the ink drop button

3.5 Clean printing head 1. Make sure printer is turned OFF 2. Replace photo paper with A4 sized blank paper 3. Press and hold paper/trash button (far right button) 4. At the same time press power button to turn on the printer, then printer will start to

perform self checking and print out checking patterns (As shown in following image)

4.1 Upload Photo From Mobile Phone

4.1.1 Upload Photo From Facebook 1. Snap a photo with your own mobile phone, apply filters or crop if necessary 2. Search the event’s Facebook Page (e.g. FOMO Digital) and like the page, then share

your photo on the page 1). Search Facebook Page

1). Make sure your posts are publicly accessible

4.2 Print Photos 1. Click “Print” icon on the screen

2. Wait 20 seconds and the photo will come out

Chapter 5 Common Problem and Troubleshooting

5.1 What if printer is not printing after I refilled paper? Please refer to Chapter 3.3 to reset the printer.

5.2 What if there are ink dots on printed photos? Please continue printing and print 12 more copies of the photo, the ink dot will be gone automatically.

5.3 What if the colors of printed photos are not the same as digital photos? It is usually the ink problem. You can either change ink yourself or call our customer service at 85715461. Change ink please follow the instruction in Chapter 3.4.

5.4 What if the printing quality drops and printed photos have horizontal shadow/lines? It is usually caused by printing head being not clean. Follow the instruction in Chapter 3.5 to clean printing head.
