• 43% say increasing cost is the top business challenge for the next two years – down from 81% in 2014.
• 53% source from 10+ countries, with respondents sourcing from 41 countries total.
• More than half expect to increase hiring in the next five years, compared to 50% who expected to maintain their workforce last year.
