Carefully make the items by following the measurements given on particular pictures. You canuse various types of wood for this project manufacture. We recommend purchasing some wood

with a nice, interesting texture like ash, beech, cedar, birch, maple, oak, etc. If you are planning to

paint this chair, the texture of wood is not important.

The measurements are given in millimeters, while the measurements given in inches are in

brakes

(1 inch = 25, 4 mm).

Assemblage Instructions

1. Set the Back Crossbars (parts 2) and Wide Back Crossbars (part 4) on the Legs (parts 1) by followinginstructions in 2D documentation, then mark the locations of pilot holes and drill them.

2. Fasten the Back Crossbars (parts 2) and Wide Back Crossbars (part 4) on the Legs (parts 1) using theWood Screws D4x40mm (parts 5).

3. Fasten the remaining Back Crossbar (part 2) to the subassembly made in the previos step with thesame procedure.

4. Set the Seat Crossbars (parts 3) by following the 2D documentation on remaining Legs (parts 1),mark the locations for the pilot holes and drill them. Fasten the Seat Crossbars (parts 3) to the Legs

(parts 1) by using the Wood Screws D4x40mm (parts 5).

5. Fasten the remaining Seat Crossbar (part 3) to the subassembly made in the previous step with thesame procedure.

6. Set the subassemblies from the step 3 and 5 into their final position. Do not forget, to put the BigWahers D10 (part 6) between them.

Put the Cylinders (parts 7) into the holes.

7. Fasten the assemblies together by using: Big Washer D8mm (item 8), Lock Washer D8mm (item 9),Hexagon Nut M8 (item 10) and the Bolts (item 11).
