Molten Aluminum Permanent Magnet Stirrer

This product is the auxiliary equipment of the Aluminum Melting

Furnace or Aluminum Holding Furnace. The magnetic stirrer is used to

speed up the melting speed, improve the melting efficiency, lowering

the burning loss.

Structure features:

1. Adopts special magnetic circuit

design, special type permanent

magnet steel, high performance

and strong mixing force.

negative direction, rotating speed

Aluminum Dross Processor which could process about 100kG-500

kg at a time in about 12 minutes. The aluminum recycling rate can

be at least 80%.

Pit Type Controlled Die Nitriding Furnace

Application

This is a series of batch-type pit-type

controlled nitriding furnaces and is used for

nitriding metallic tools and dies, camshafts,

precision gears, etc. If it is equipped with

a KRN-W or WPB-N series control panel,

the nitriding atmosphere, temperature,

operating time, and gas and liquid flow can

be controlled automatically. This series

can also be used for

various applications including soft-nitriding,

tempering, and stress relieving of steel

parts, as well as solution treatment of nonferrous metals.

Features

1. This series is furnished with a KRN-W nitrogen potential

micro-processor. It measures, adjusts and records the

nitrogen potential, temperature, time, gas and water flow automatically.

2. The unique doubly insulated furnace and circulating fan mechanism

allows nitrogen potential uniformity better than ±0.1%, and internal

pressure greater than 250 mm H2O.

3. The advanced ceramic tile lining greatly insulates the furnace,

significantly speeding heating and thereby saving up to 20% in energy

usage.

4. The rapid-cooling fan system shortens the production period greatly.

5. If it is equipped with a vacuum system, it can be fitted for controlled

pulse-nitriding.

How to pick up a suitable model of press?

1. Depend on the Max. Cross sectional dimensions. (Press model

determines how large of an extrusion profile can be produced. Extrusion size

is measured by its longest cross-sectional dimension, i.e. its fit within a

circumscribing circle. A circumscribed circle is the smallest circle that will

completely enclose the cross section of an extruded shape.)

2. The aluminum alloy of aluminum billet. (Usually the 6063 alloy is good

for making the profile for window and door. If it is other harder alloy, so it

needs larger model press cause by bigger extrusion force.
