What about my medical benefits?If you have questions about your specific health care benefits, contact your health plan: Kaiser HMO at 800-464-4000 (CA only), Blue Cross and Blue Shield at 877-238-5951 or UnitedHealthcare at 888-249-6760. If you have other benefits questions, call the AbbVie Benefits Center at 844-729-2236.

How about prescription drugs?If you have Caremark coverage, Caremark can provide you with a short-term supply of critical medications during a crisis. For more information, contact Caremark Customer Care at 855-298-2488 and request an Emergency Override for your prescription.

How can I replace my glasses and contact lenses?If you or your family members are covered under AbbVie’s vision care benefit and are in need of eye care services, including replacing broken or lost eyewear, please call VSP Member Services at 800-877-7195.

I will miss my deadline to submit my application for tuition assistance. What can I do?Contact EdAssist to create a Virtual Help Desk ticket through “Contact Us” on the website tamsonline.org/abbvie or call 866-872-7391 and request an extension due to an individual hardship to be routed for approval.
