Prior to their performance, the students will have packed their luggage and placed it in the hall outside their dorm room, had

their rooms inspected, and turned in their keys along with their roommates.

Approximately 15-20 minutes after the completion of the performance, parents and students will be directed to the checkout

lines in the Checkout Location near the Performance Field. In the case of inclement weather, checkout will be moved to an

inside location, TBD. A Remind notification will be sent out if the location changes.

• State of Michigan Licensing requires that each student is released by medical and only to an adult designated on the parent

release form. Each year we try and improve the speed of this process, but it can take some time to complete for all

members of the FMB so we ask that you be patient.

The process for checkout is as follows:

• Parent and student together will line up based by the first letter of the student’s last name.

• The volunteer at the checkout table will provide the parent with the documentation, release information, and directions for

conducting the student’s medical release.

• Parents should be prepared to show a valid driver’s license.

• Only pickup designees that are on the release form are able to pick up and sign-out a student. If there is a change in

who is picking up the student, please contact Kathy Young at 317-919-3665. The student cannot be released without

a pickup designated adult.

• Upon completion of the release process, proceed to the Dorm Rooms to collect the student’s luggage and show the signed

medical release to the volunteer at the Dorm Rooms exit.

• The student cannot be released from the Dorm Rooms without a signed medical release.

• You are required to park by

the Dorm Rooms, NOT AT THE

FIELD
