Thanks to its patented system, the Coutale puncher is the only puncher in the world able to adapt to all sorts of tanks.
It only weights 45 kg.
A 50 cm opening is enough to allow its installation in the tank.

Mr Favereau, quality Director of shops Nicolas has tasted a control wine from a tank which was not punched :“quite reduced nose, then malic, bitter, a little hollow transition, alcoholic, sharp acidity, soft tannins, smooth”.The same wine from a tank which was punched 4 times during fermentation:“Pale purple colour, fruity nose, red blackcurrant, peony, minty scent, ethanal peak then well built and full, unctuous, sweetness, character, nervous, firm, tight and well rounded tannins, some base”.
