Finding the time for you is no longer an issue. We offer our yoga classes at a mobile level; bringing the benefits of the practice to a location convenient for you. After just a few of our classes, you will quickly yearn the need to unwind from your hectic day to recharge and meditate.
We, at CORE Yoga LLC, have uniquely incorporated the many experiences and lessons we have observed and practiced in our Yoga journey, and want to share them with you. Our innovative approach fuses the teachings of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga; adding a creative and exciting twist to our classes to keep our students and/or participants challenged and feeling rejuvenated.
