We urge you to vote NO to this deal in order to secure a better deal for Europe. Why? The ‘Stop the Clock’ till 2016 proposal is environmentally ineffective. The Environment Committee voted in overwhelming majority for the more effective ‘airspace’ proposal in January 2014. Saying NO shows that the Parliament‘s voice matters when big Member States try to bully. It’s our sovereign right to cover emissions in EU airspace.
