Our elevators for passenger use have capacity of two to twenty people which limits speed to 8.0 M/S. We also install Home lifts with
a minimum speed of 0.02 m/s. All of our lifts give low maintenance cost facility by Fly High.

Benefits of Home Lift:
System works on DC battery power and single phase ac 220v
Only in power off situation, batteries will take load.
System can also be connected to invertor
No civil works required or minimum civil works required. So, very quick installation.
In case, of no lift well, still elevator installation is possible as we would provide iron structure, which will be included in elevator cost.
LED displays are provided at landings as well as in Cabin.

All our home lift models – Floor Flyer, Ball Screw and Hydraulic are especially designed for elderly people, physically challenged and for Duplex houses.
These Home lifts are maintenance free lifts, where servicing is required only once in six months period. In Home Lifts all models look alike however, technically they are three models. They are as follows:
- Floor Flyer - Ball Screw - Hydrollic
If Poly Carbon is not needed and if customer chooses different material and supply the same, fixing charge of Rs 25 per sqft will be charged. We also provide two opening elevators and three opening elevator which will be synced with the system. Per additional door at landing or at cabin we charge Rs 15000/-
Floor Flyer:

Nut through rope.

- Machine room less and pit less (If customer chooses high speed then minimum pit of 300 mm should be provided) lifting system with 1:3 roping.

- In case of system failure – cabin can still be operated manually by pedal and can move up and down.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
75% of the contract value as advance payment.
15% of the contract value against delivery. 10 % of the contract value after handing over the site.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE, COMPLETION OF STRUCTURE AND INSTALLATION
The material will be delivered at site within 15 days from the date of advance payment credit. If in any case, the handing over the
site duly complying with the requirements as specified in annexure is delayed from your side for any reason, whatsoever , the work
of installation and handing over shall also be suitably, deferred from the date of handing over the site, complete in all respect.
Accordingly, necessary extension to the completion period shall be granted, without any preconditions. We do not accept any
responsibility, whatsoever, for any delay, in delivery and installation of the lift in the event of the customer.
Not strictly complaining with the terms of payment Not completing, in time, at the preparatory works enumerated in annexure here to.
Mentioned delivery and in period are given in good faith based on prevailing working conditions and are subject to extensions to
cover any delays resulting, directly, or indirectly from any force major conditions such as acts of government, strikes, lockouts, fire,
accidents, thefts, floods, riots, civil commotion, war, energy crisis act of god or any other force major conditions etc., and thereby
you shall not be entitled to claim any damages for any loss incurred, directly or indirectly, due to such delays.
All materials supplied by us shall remain our property until payment is received in full or until the lift is handed over. We reserve the
right to remove any equipment supplied by us at your cost in case of default of any payments by you, irrespective of the manner of
attachment to the reality sale, mortgage or lease of premises.
The installation of the structure will take 3 weeks from the date of material delivered at site and installation and testing of
lift will take 2 weeks from the date structure is ready. To do structure and lift work at site necessary power supply to enable our
staff to work without any hindrance. If providing there are any delays in providing us with the facilities required to finish the work,
the handing over the lift date may get delay.
HANDING OVER LIFTS
To minimize inconvenience to both parties, the client shall agree to take over the lift as soon as the installation is
completed. Our installation supervisor will test and adjust the lift and will give you about a week’s prior notice for taking over the
lift. Please note that our technicians have standing instructions not be allow customer’s usage of the lift until they are officially
taken over.
WARRANTY 12 months free maintenance will be given from the date of handing over the lift to the customer as per company’s rules and
the buyer agrees that no third party will be allowed to interfere with the installation or its parts, in any manner, whatsoever, during
the said period.
We guarantee our materials and workmanship for a period of one year except electrical accessories of cabin like fan, tube,
switch, etc., after the lift is put in operation but any damages to our materials during the storage period at your site is not governed
by the guarantee clause. Any defects / faults arising out of our materials and workmanship during normal operations and proper
use will be rectified / made good or the complete replacement of the damaged part(s) will be done free of cost. Repair /
replacement of component(s) will be done as per our option.
SURPLUS MATERIALS
All surplus materials, consumable goods, packing case, tools and wiring materials etc., used during the execution of the
contract are our sole property and will be removed by us at our discretion as and when necessary / completion of work.
FREE SERVICE
Free service, once in six, months, for the first 12 months will be carried out after the lift has been handled over or offered for
inspection. The date of free service will remain unchanged irrespective of any delay in, taking over or commencing the use of lift. If
elevator spares are damaged due to any natural calamities, Fly High wouldn’t take any responsibility for the damaged goods.
