GENERAL CONDITIONSFLY CRUISE PLAN: Holland America can arrange your airline ticket. Once ticketed, a fee will be charged for requested itinerary changes. Deviation requests are pos-sible for an ad ditional fee. Airline tickets arranged by Holland America will be mailed with your final documents, approximately 3 weeks prior to departure.
TRANSFERS: Holland America Line offers transfers from Seattle airport to the ship and ship to the airport for an additional charge.
DOCUMENTS: A valid passport (6 months after departure) or passport card.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Jazzdagen will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee per person in addition to any other penaltiesTHE CANCELLATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:When cancelled after April 9th: $175.00 per person. When cancelled after April 28th: 50% of total invoice When cancelled after May 27th: 75% of total invoiceWhen cancelled after June 9th: NO REFUNDSince the resale of cancelled space will likely result in lost opportunity to sell other space, these fees are due re-gardless of resale. These fees cannot be applied to future bookings.
INSURANCE: Jazzdagen Tours strongly recommends trav el insurance. The Jazzdagen Travel insurance option will be mailed together with your invoice.
INCLUDED IN CRUISE FARE: Accommodations aboard the elegant Ms Oosterdam with meals and entertain-ment on board the ship, including Jazzdagen’s private performances. A Jazzdagen badge will be required. Also included, one private cocktail party with all musicians, and Jazzdagen gifts!

How does it feel when a monumental chunk of ice splits off a glacier and crashes into the sea? The sound is like thunder. The impact shoots water hundreds of feet into the air. You hold your breath as you catch the moment on film. Glacier Bay has more actively calving tidewater glaciers than any place else in the world.
Alaska’s capital city is named after Joe Juneau, a gold miner. With no end to adventure because of the fascinating history of the Gold Rush of the late nineteenth-century and the long daylight hours, there is plenty to let your imagination run wild. Step ashore to shop for gold nuggets, experience a true Alaskan cookout at the Gold Creek Salmon Bake, see the Juneau Icefields and visit the mighty Mendenhall Glacier, just outside town.
For 100 years this charming port city reigned as the capital of Russian America. Stand on the spot where the United States took possession of Alaska in 1867 for $7.2 million, less than two cents per acre. Today the influence of the Czars is still present in the majestic onion domes and holy icons of St. Michael’s Cathedral.
Built out over the water and climbing weathered stairways, Ketchikan clings to the shores of Tongass Narrows and drapes the mountains with a cheerful air. Besides the main attractions - Creek Street, the Tongass Historical Museum, Totem Bight State Park and Saxman Village - try a flightseeing trip to breathtaking Misty Fjords National Monument, a transformational adventure not to be missed.
The harbor is alive with the romance of an era when tall ships moored alongside the wharf. Evenings glitter as lights twinkle and cast their magic from atop the British Columbia Legislative Buildings.
