When you have established acomponent list, you combine thecomponent list with a property
package. The property package is acollection of methods for calculatingthe properties of the selected
components. The combination of thecomponent list and the propertypackage, along with other simulationsettings, is called the fluid package.

Activity model USE
Chien Null chemical systems with highly non-ideal chemicals.
Wilson the Wilson model cannot be used for systems with two liquidphases. , it can represent almost all non-ideal liquid solutions
satisfactorily except electrolytes and solutions exhibiting limitedmiscibility (LLE or VLLE). It performs an excellent job of predictingternary equilibrium using parameters regressed from binary dataonly.
NRTL (TheNon-Random-Two-Liquid)
The NRTL property package is used for chemical systems and HFAlkylation with highly non-ideal chemicals
General NRTL Apply this model to systems:with a wide boiling point range between componentswhere you require simultaneous solution of VLE and LLE, and
there exists a wide boiling point or concentration range betweencomponents.
ExtendedNRTL

Margules The Margules model was the first Gibbs excess energyrepresentation developed. The equation does not have anytheoretical basis, but is useful for quick estimates and data

Chaos seader andgrayson streed
USE
Chaos Seader for heavy hydrocarbons, where the pressure is less than10342 kPa (1500 psia), and temperatures range between-17.78 and 260C (0-500F). CS is recommended for
problems containing mainly liquid or vapour H2O. The CSproperty package can also be used for three-phaseflashes, but is restricted to the use of pure H2O for thesecond liquid phase.
Grayson Streed is recommended for use with systems having a highconcentration of H2 because of the special treatment
given H2 in the development of the model. The GScorrelation can also be used for simulating topping unitsand heavy ends vacuum applications This correlationmay also be slightly more accurate in the simulation ofvacuum towers.The Grayson-Streed (GS) property package can be
used for three-phase flashes, but is restricted tothe use of pure H2O for the second liquid phase.

OLI Electrolyte for predicting the equilibrium properties of a chemicalsystem including phase and reactions in a watersolution.
