Sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of Mr. Raiees Ahmad ShahS/o Late Ghulam Hassan Shah, Sgct, No. 628/S Rio Baba Wayil Gutlibagh, District Ganderbal asFollower, in the Pay Band of Rs. 4440-7440 with the Grade Pay of Rs. 1300/- in the J&K Police inrelaxation of the prescribed lower age and qualification in terms of Rule-7 of SRO-43 of 1994 readwith SRO-255 of 20 16 dated 05.08.2016.

The appointee shall report to the Director General of Police J&K, within a period of 21days from the date of issue of this order and shall be allowed to join only on production of thefollowing documents/ certificates in original:-

1- Academic IQualification certificate.2- Age and Health Certificate.3- State Subject Certificate.4- Certificate from the General Manager, DIC concerned and Deputy Director, Employment

concerned to the effect that no Loan under any Self Employment Scheme has been availed byhim.

If, on verification, the certificates produced by the appointee are proved fake or forged,his appointment shall be treated to have been cancelled ab-initio.

The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him unless satisfactoryreport about the verification of his Character and Antecedents is received from the AdditionalDirector General of Police, ClD, J&K, to whom a reference shall be made by the PoliceHeadquarters. The appointee shall also furnish an affidavit to the effect that in case any adversereport about his Character and Antecedents is received from the Additional Director General ofPolice, ClD, J&K, he shall have no right to claim the appointment and her appointment as Followerin J&K Armed Police shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab- initio.
