MBI5024 Controller Features

• 16 robust constant output current sinker with LED power supply up to 17

volts

• Constant output current :3-45mA @ V DD = 5V; 3-30mA @ V DD = 3.3V

• High current matching accuracy: Between channels: <± 1.5% (general

value); <± 2.5% (max); Between chips: <± 1.5% (general value); <±

3.0% (max)

• The constant output current is set by an external resistor.

• Rapid output current response, OE: 70ns (to keep the output under the

conditions of consistency)

• Clock frequency: 25MHz

Product Description

• MBI5024 is a type of driving IC designed for LED display panel. It utilizes

Precision Drive ™ technology, which can convert serial input data into

parallel output data via its built-in lock function and CMOS shift register.

• MBI5024 works between 3.3 volts to 5 volts, providing 16 current sources. 1

~ 45mA given amount of current is given at every output stage to drive the

LEDs; output sinker current difference < 2% within single IC @ IOUT =

25mA, ± 2.5% @ IOUT = 1mA; output current difference <3% between IC;

current changes as output withstand voltage (V DS), within 0.1% in

every Volts; current is limited by the supply voltage (V DD), changes in

ambient temperature is also controlled within 1%. Users via optional

external resistors of different resistance to

MBI5024 this mechanism, the user can precisely control the emission

luminance of the LED.

• The MBI5024 design to ensure that its output stage with a voltage of 17

volts, so you can cascade multiple LEDs on each output. In addition,

• Remarks: • 1. Warranty:

• 1) Guarantee time: 7 years quality guarantee (guarantee period), and we will provide free parts for replacement if

any problem belongs to us during this period; after the guarantee period, the seller should provide spare parts for

replacement based on cost charge.

• 2) Responsible for permanent maintenance. During the guarantee period, the maintenance is free of charge

• ( except the defectiveness resulted from man-made damage or force majeure).

• 3) During the guarantee period the buyer can return the defective components due to technical or quality

problems to the seller.

• The seller is obligated to finish fixing within 5 working days after receiving, and send it back to the buyer without

any repairing charge (but the buyer has to pay the delivery cost).

• 2. Technical support service & training:

• 1) Technical support: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for 7 years on-line service for any technical support for any

customers.

• 2) Free training: You could send your engineers who have some knowledge of electronics and computer to our

factory and we will provide one week free of charge training of how to maintain and repair.

• 3. Installation service:

• The seller should provide on the-spot installation instruction service for the buyer, including:

• 1) To check whether the bracket and frame are in conformity with the technical requirements of the structure

scheme the seller provided

• 2) To train the buyer’s technicians.

• Field support is also available if the customer pays the tickets, boarding & labor cost.

• 4. L/T (Delivery time):7-30 working days after receiving the deposit (for standard product models)

• 5. Payment term:

• T/T 50% as deposit before production, T/T 50% balance payment before delivery.(The Party B/the buyer should

pay for the bank handling charge fee which is around 40 USD, if not the Party A has the right to claim for this loss

and not deliver the goods)

• 6. Party A(the seller/SHEC) has the right to:

• 1) Demand the balance payment if the Party B doesn’t make balance payment in 60 working days

• 2) Claim the storage fee(0.5% of the total contract amount per day) of the goods if the Party B doesn’t make

balance payment in 90 working days

• 3) Confiscate the goods if the Party B doesn’t make balance payment in 120 working days

• 7. Packing: the Party A should offer free neutral carton packing.

• 8. Shipping: the Party A can offer shipping service when the Party B pay the corresponding shipping fee.

• 9. Quality inspection standard: the Party A should offer free inspection service, the Party B has the right to inspect

the goods according the national standard,

• 10. The Party B (the buyer) has the right to refuse the goods if the product's quality cannot reach the national

quality standard.

• 11. During the contract's deadline for performance, both parties can be free of duty if caused by force majeure.

• 12. But both parties have the duty to inform the other party the force majeure reasons in 3 working days when

force majeure happened.

• If not, the corresponding responsible party has to pay the other party the loss caused.

• 13. Both parties cannot modify the contract without the permission of the other party. After the contracted signed

and take effect, any party want to modify the contract need to discuss with the other party can sign a new

agreement as the supplementary contract of the original contract.

• 14. Any dispute happen, the corresponding party has the right to claim the lawsuit in the Party A's local court.
