The Homeless Outreach / Hunger Ministry will suspend food collections over
the Easter weekend (March 31 – April 1). We will resume our regular
collection April 7 and 8. Thank you for your continued generous support of this
initiative that puts food on the plates of our neighbors in need.
Mothers Day Hanging Basket Sale May 12 and 13 $18
Proceeds go towards summer program.

Summer Youth Camp
This Summer we are excited to once again offer a FREE activities camp for
the youth in our parish, school, and surrounding community. This camp will
be offered to students entering the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades.
Starting June 5th our camp will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00AM – 1:00PM
and will conclude for the Summer on August 3rd.
We have a variety of fun activities planned and we will also be taking short trips to sever-
al places in Stark County every Friday.
Students will be required to pack a lunch.
Space for our camp is limited! Please reserve your child’s spot ASAP!

Our Lord assured us that those who mourn are blessed, and that they shall be comforted. Seasons of Hope offers the bereaved an opportunity to come together to share in God’s love. With the support of the faith community, we can give voice to our unique journeys of grief and find healing and spiritual growth. Seasons of Hope sessions help us explore mourning through scripture, prayer, reflection activities and faith sharing. Seasons of Hope is centered on Jesus Christ and grounded in the healing wisdom traditions and practices of the Catholic Church. For those searching for hope, a Seasons of Hope group is a nurturing link to the Church, the Al-mighty, and other people of faith who are also mourning. Come and be comforted. We are in the process of forming a group and if you would like to join our group (we will be meeting on Sunday

Healing Retreat for Women
Women are invited to a day of healing on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Saint Joan of Arc Parish Hall, 8894 State Route 14, Streetsboro. “And I will Heal Them,” is especially designed for women who experience unresolved sorrows of the past and who face challenging seasons of grief, anxiety and painful relationships. This retreat is sponsored by the Diocese of Youngstown’s Office of Pro-Life, Marriage and Family Life and will be facilitated by The Community of Jesus, the Living Mercy, a lay community founded with the Sisters of the Good Shepherd in the Diocese of Cleveland. The Community provides spiritual companionship and ministry to women who seek a healing encounter with Jesus Christ. 25th 40th, 50th and over Wedding Anniversary Celebration
The Diocese of Youngstown will sponsor a Wedding Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, June 3, 2:00pm at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown, honoring couples observing their 25th, 40th, 50th and over wedding anniversaries in 2018. The Wedding Anniversary Celebration will include Mass with Bishop George V. Murry, S.J., renewal of marriage vows and a personalized certificate for each couple. (Following the Mass, there will be a reception for the couples and their families in the Cathedral Hall). You must make reservations in advance for this event by contacting the parish office by April 30.
