Library fines should be paid directly to the library. 7.1 The accounting department is authorized by the library to collect the fines. 7.2 The receipt issued by the cashier must be brought to the

Return book to cataloging services to fix book barcode.

10 MAELISA system records the book borrowed to the patron’s account.

10.1 Problem may arise due to hardware malfunction or system error (e.g. disconnected).

When central server goes down, entire system is unable to operate.

Use a clustered structure so the whole system will not be down ifone server is down.

11 Receipt printed as proof of transaction12 Transaction is complete.13 Book borrowed by patron for a week verified

by receipt issued.
