Verkhnechonskoye field, is one of the largest oil field in Eastern Siberia, which is being developed by Verkhnechonskneftegaz Company (VCNG) owned by TNK-BP. One of the main challenges of this field is the hard rocks and sour gas environment. He worked closer with VCNG management in Irkutsk for drilling optimization. He did several changes in the wells construction design.
