It was `deja vu'. Another condo to decorate at the Riverhouse. A repeat project forone of Goode's most discriminating clients …..how exciting she reveals! "This timearound we went contemporary with a pop of color," said Goode.
Sherri Goode’s goal was to take theinteriors of this condo and turn itfrom Drab to Life. The original stateof this present condo was nothingmore than a mere state of depression.With a lot of creativity and visionSherri Goode was able to see the for-est between the trees. Once again, ina very short time frame, the projectwas reborn. Hence, a few changeshad to take place prior to any deco-rating.
As you enter into the open floor planof this condo you are pleasantly sur-prised by the amount of living spacein comparison to the square footage.The polish marble floors create aplatform for the contemporary fur-nishing.
The dining room features the"Phillips Collection" Frizzante diningtable in stainless with the purple seat-belt dining chairs to pop color. A clearcrystal beaded fixtures adds just theright amount of embellishment to thespace. The "Bill Mack", EncircledEnigma, Relief sculpture hangs onthe dining room wall to create thedramatic appeal to the space.
Off to the left is the living room seat-ing area to hang out, watch tv or tolook down out at the New River.Each room has spectacular views ofthe New River. The barrel, swivelchairs are perfect scale for the space.The seating collection and ottomansare custom made by Weiman a divi-sion of Interlude Home. The Floorlamp by Luan Bella is not only func-tional but is decorative in nature.

"The kitchen was a true work in progress", states Sherri Goode! Without going througha complete renovation a face lift was a must! New appliances had to be upgraded as wellas the counter tops and lighting. After a thorough walk thru at BR Stone, my client askedme if this was your condo what would you choose? Just so happen to be standing infront of two of the most exquisite slabs of pink & purple Agate Stone, " I said these twoslabs." Done Deal! My clients fell in love with these slabs and this was where the projecttook off. The back splash was back lit with LED lighting to give it a dramatic feel. Thehalf wall below the bar is covered in Mother of Pearl Mosaics to tie the two materialstogether. This open floor plan allows you to entertain with ease.
Art is a passion for Sherri Goode's Clients and this "Bill Mack"relief sculpture, " Elusive" hangs delicately over the countertop to create a Classy Feel! This is just one of the many piecesof art throughout the condo. -Continued on next page -
The master suite, another space with spectacular views over-looking the New River. The Hunter Douglas Luminettes allowfor privacy and esthetically beautiful in nature. The entirecondo has Hunter Douglas Luminette window treatments installed throughout each room. The feature wall is coveredin a snake skin wall paper from Italy. The matching tablelamps are organic in nature to tie together the theme. The custom bed, nightstands and dresser are designed by Old
Biscayne Furniture. The silvery gray and taupe hues were car-ried throughout the master bathroom.
The attention to detail yielded a space that emits warmth ele-gance, formality and luxury all in a contemporary setting.This detail complimented the open floor plan. The clients’ canbe described as true class acts! Unpretentious in nature withtrue impeccable taste.
The den/guest bed room was created for the sole purpose ofnot to waste any space.. My clients’ use this room on a dailybasis for casual comfort. The furniture in this space has beencustom made to suit the needs of the client. The sectionalleather sofa converts into a king bed when needed. This roomreveals magnificent views of the River. All the doors havebeen converted to sliding and swing doors by the sliding doorco. The 3- paneled milky glass doors help to lighten up the
space. The feature wall is covered with a metallic wall paperfrom Italy in a damask pattern design. Flanking both sides ofthe sofas are a pair of extra terrestrial looking floor lamps byGlobal views and two matching side tables by Interlude Home.The round metallic cow hide ottoman was custom made to beused as a cocktail table or for additional seating. This cowhideottoman coincides with the silver, metallic cowhide rug that itis placed on.

Rising Brazilian design star Jader Almeida debuted his first
collection in the US during Miami Art Week through an ex-
clusive partnership with Artefacto (a Miami-based furnish-
ings brand). December 3rd, he unveiled his new space within Artefacto
Home.
Jader Almeida was born in 1981 in the state of Santa Catarina, south-
ern Brazil. At 16 he had his first contact with the furniture industry, start-
ing his involvement in the entire production process. LinBrasil worked
for the company, the furniture collection publisher signed by renowned
architects and designers, experience that enabled him great under-
standing of the designs and production techniques.
Since 2004 develops unique products for industries, the main partner
to Sollos brand of Santa Catarina. In 2013, joins the team of ClassiCon
German brand designers.
Degree in architecture with award-winning pieces in major national and
international competitions design, Jader Almeida conquest increasingly
prominent and continues improving its work with participation in trade
fairs, exhibitions, technical visits and courses in several countries. It
also operates in architectural projects developed in his office in Flori-
anópolis, Santa Catarina. "I seek rationality, simple geometry, in pure
forms with timeless aesthetics. We seek to create products with durable
values. Addressing the legacy of the masters, but to look forward, think-
ing that today's choices will be the reflection of tomorrow. Shown here
are just a few samples of Almeida’s brilliant designs.

sponsored by the Gold Coast Builders Association.Interior Designer Perla Lichi (http://www.perlalichi.com) recently won an amazing 37 interior design awards at the recent PRISMAwards and GCBA Installation banquet at the Marriott, Okeechobee in West Palm Beach. Her entries dominated all price categories,from homes valued at $325,000 to well over $3 million. The international designer with offices in Coral Springs, FL and Dubai UAE,won gold awards for Overall Design for the Aventura Place Model Home by Weitzer Homes in Aventura, and the Hibiscus Model byWCI Communities in Parkland. “These awards will be a definite boost for recognition of our MODEL HOMES BY PERLA LICHI di-vision,” said Ms. Lichi.
Perla’s LUXURY HOME division was recognized for overall design of a private Star Island residence in the $3 million and overcategory and for Craftsmanship in Ceilings and Flooring. Her LUXURY HOME INTERNATIONAL division took gold for craftsman-ship in Flooring, Ceilings and Woodworking, for estate homes in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
The PERLA LICHI HOME division (http://www.perlalichihome.com) was recognized with gold for the design of the Living Room,and Dining room of a Miami residence, gold for the Dining Room and silver for the Living Room of a residence in Southwest Ranches.Among the 37 awards, Perla Lichi was awarded gold for Master Baths, Powder Rooms, Master Bedrooms, Living Rooms, DiningRooms and Media/Theater Rooms. She was awarded silver for Kitchens, Living Rooms and Dining Rooms for residences from $500,001to more than $3 million. She was the only designer to enter in the International Category, taking home seven gold awards for variousroom designs in her work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.
In the Craftsmanship category, Perla Lichi took home gold for Cabinetry, Ceilings, Flooring and Woodworking in both her domesticand residential work. Professional judges evaluated and reviewed all entries of this prestigious awards competition. The banquet wasthemed “The Great Gatsby’s Roaring ’20s” and to add to the fun, many attendees came in costume dressed either as flappers or asgangsters.
