Disk drive hub - mechanical mount that allows the disk to be turned.

Drive motor - turns the disk at a fixed rotational sped of 300 Revolutions per Minute to find information.

Read-write head - detects and produces the small magnetic signals that correspond to the information you are reading or writing onto the disk. The head is driven forward and back by a stepper-motor.
