As one of Australia’s largest independent suppliers to the Waterproofing, Flooring and Concrete Repair Industries, we are proud to present to you a comprehensive product guide that reflects our growing product range available to the Flooring trades.This first edition of the Flooring Trade Product Guide includes information that is 100% relevant to the local market, providing you with easy access to a large range of products for any given scenario. We have taken the step into the Flooring market due to increasing demand from you and a strong desire to spread the Bayset way to a new audience. Within the Waterproofing, Tiling and Concrete Repair markets Bayset is widely regarded as a ‘One Stop Shop’ for the vast majority of our client’s product and hardware needs. Our aim is to spread this within the flooring market and do what we do best have a comprehensive range of quality product and deliver outstanding customer service. Bayset is an energetic, Australian owned business supplying products and hardware to the waterproofing, tiling, concrete repair, specialised coatings, acoustic, and flooring industries. It operates eight branches across South East Queensland and has an Australia wide customer base.It is our charter to represent only high quality technically advanced suppliers. Our 3000 square meter Coopers Plains distribution centre has all our key suppliers represented in one showroom and we offer full practical and theoretical training either on site or in house in an atmosphere of learning and real time experience.

WarrantyBayset is a ‘distributor’ and not a manufacturer of products. We offer the ‘Warranty’ provided by the original manufacturer and are bound solely by these requirements. On items directly imported (therefore the deemed manufacturer), the warranty offered varies depending on the product and the original source of manufacture. Most items are warranted against faults and defects in manufacture for a period of (12) twelve months; however Bayset assumes no responsibility for the following:

Trading Days Monday to Friday 6.30am - 4.00pm

Settlement TermsAll account customers – nett 30 days from the close of the month that items have been ordered and delivered. Non-account customers strictly CBD (Cash Before Delivery).

GSTThe tax applicable will be governed by the laws operating in Australia at the time of sale.

Special Orders‘Non Stock’ items sourced and purchased on your behalf are subject to the relevant suppliers trading terms and conditions.All Special Orders MUST include a signed ‘Bayset – Non-stock purchase order form’ In the event of a credit return, a payment of 15%-25% restocking fee will apply. Custom made or made-to-order goods are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns for CreditStock Items may be returned for credit providing the following:

• Company notified within 30 days.• Goods returned must be in original condition and free from defects when returned.• Copy of invoice to accompany goods for return.

Faulty /Damaged StockAbove conditions apply, however Bayset reserves the right to reject any claim(s) where the item has been opened or used in any application that may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
