The Meteor 250mm Gen3 Diamond Grinder is our single disc floor grinder and edge grinding/polishing machine.

Contractors need an aggressive and compact edger grinder for small areas of grinding, glue removal or prep for tilers. Floorex® has solved this with the Meteor 250 Gen3. This little beauty is compact and easy to store, and loads into a Ute or van easily. It has no belts and pulleys, so all the power is available at the 250mm (10”) disc.

Meteor 250 Gen3 gets within 20mm of walls with the close fitting shroud, or within 2mm with optional Edger Shroud.

Our new patented “Auto-Level” design means you don’t have to adjust the axle height as the diamond disc wears. This also means less stress on the unique spider coupling.

Our unique ‘Spider’ flexible coupling is the heart of the Meteor. This coupling ensures even disc wear, easy on operator, and best of all, excellent surfaces without gouges or ridges.

SATELLITE™ 380mm Triple Disc Diamond Grinder is the smallest of our Satellite™ range of specialised floor preparation equipment. It is designed for contractors who need a light weight 240 volt machine for domestic size grinding, polishing & buffing projects. It is compact and easy to store, and loads into a Ute or van easily. It has no belts and pulleys, so all the power is available to drive the 3 x 175mm (7”) discs. (125mm discs can also be used)

Excellent dust control with the effective polyurethane floating dust shroud. The axle height is easily adjusted to reduce operator fatigue and the dust collection hose is controlled by a carrier loop which also doubles as a lifting eye.

The DustMaster™ Series Dust Extractors have been specially designed to handle the demands of the concrete preparation industry which has high loading of fine concrete dust.

Performance is maintained by the Rotary Filter Cleaning mechanism which automatically cleans the filter during operation. A deep clean is achieved when run whilst the motors are turned off. The Rotary Filter Cleaning can be turned off when the DustMaster is not in use using the rotary switch on the front panel.

This Rotary Filter Cleaning System is very effective and takes only 10-20 seconds to deep clean the filter as described above. You may never have to remove the filter to clean it again, keeping your job and your hands cleaner!

This machine has single durable toggle switch for each motor so you can turn on motors individually allowing for different suction levels.

The EDCO CPM-8 scarifier is a 200mm machine designed to be rental-tough. This machine is not a toy - plenty of weight gives excellent control and ease-of-use. (Approx 100kg)

With EDCO’s quick-change drum design and spare drum assemblies, you’ll be back on the job in minutes. What makes EDCO unique is the six-shaft drum assembly, which holds more cutters per loading for added grinding action, a more uniform surface texture and fewer drum changes.

DEPTH SETTING: The correct depth setting is 2-3mm. More than this will damage the cutters (flails) and machine.

TO TEST WHETHER DEPTH SETTING IS CORRECT: When scarifying, if you stop moving for a few seconds, let it cut, then measure the groove, if more than 2-3mm it is set wrong!

This is the ultimate large self-propelled walk-behind scarifier.

It features a differential on the drive axle so you can negotiate corners and curves easily while scarifying or doing a ‘U’ turn at the end of each pass - unique to AIRTEC.

RM-320 has the ability to remove major depth of material, up to 5mm per pass, and typical productivity is around 100 sq.m. per hour for profiling floors.

The mixing and placing of cement screeds is now much easier and faster with the “Porta-mix Screed Mixing Unit”.

The PORTAMIX Mobile Screed Mixing Unit can mix a 6 bag batch quickly and produce excellent mix consistency. The specially shaped bowl ensures that no pockets of unmixed product remain, also making cleaning out easy.

A unique feature is the easy tilt trolley. Self-levelling screed can be mixed and delivered quickly and with excellent control, reducing screeding effort and increasing productivity.

Multi stage pours, to achieve thicker screeds, are often no longer necessary as the PORTAMIX can mix screed in larger quantities in less time.

The large dual helix mixing paddle is driven by a powerful 1800 watt two-speed motor. The mixer unit can be lifted out and reverse mounted for “along side” mixing of smaller quantities in a secondary container.

How it Works 1st Reaction DeepSeal Lithium reacts with the calcium hydroxide present in concrete, producing a hard crystalline structure called Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH). This crystal fills the pores in the concrete surface, making it more dense and abrasion resistant. 2nd Reaction DeepSeal Lithium Siliconate also reacts with atmospheric carbon dioxide, catalysed by the alkaline materials in concrete, to form a silicone polymer that provides water and chemical repellence to the concrete. Dual Reaction It is the dual action of both the Lithium silicate and Siliconate that make DeepSeal Lithium superior to many other chemical concrete densifiers or sealers on the market.

As the most innovative and economical flooring option available today, naturally finished DeepSeal Lithium Sealed concrete will be the market leader in warehousing, retail showrooms, industrial floors and government buildings, besides being the right choice for creating polished concrete.

DeepSeal Lithium is unique blend of Silicate and Siliconate polymer technology that penetrates deep into concrete surfaces and chemically reacts with the concrete matrix and the surrounding atmosphere to produce an extremely dense and durable sealed floor. The result is concrete that resists wear and tear from abrasion, repels water and other chemicals, and reduces the appearance of tyre marks and stains. DeepSeal Lithium will enhance the appearance of smooth, steel trowel concrete which will actually become more attractive over time. With regular easy maintenance, DeepSeal Lithium will continue to protect and beautify concrete for many years

DeepSeal Lithium having Molar / Weight ratio of just 0.491 as compared to Sodium of 1.032 & Potassium of 1.58 delivers a far higher reactivity with the (CSH) in concrete when compared to Sodium or Potassium silicates. Being a finer more reactive particle means you don’t have to scrub it into concrete to encourage the reaction. Lithium ions on a per weight basis stabilise more silicate ions than sodium or potassium ions.

Lithium Silicates having a lower viscosity than sodium or potassium silicates of equal solids, means that lithium silicates will penetrate the concrete even more effectively and to a greater depth delivering greater performance.

DeepSeal Lithium also contains potassium methyl-Siliconate, which reacts with the atmospheric carbon dioxide present in air (at around 300 to 400 ppm), to develop methyl-silicone resins which form in the concrete’s pores. These resins being hydrophobic or water repellent in nature inhibit waterborne and oil borne stains from penetrating the concrete and causing discoloration.
