Flood Control International specialises in the design, supply and installation of flood barriers, flood gates and flood doors to the commercial and utility markets.
Established in 2003, we offer the largest and most dependable range of fixed and demountable flood defences anywhere in the world.
Our unique engineering knowledge and experience guarantee flood protection solutions that are innovative, efficient, effective and above all else, dependable. Flood Control International has a reputation for excellent working relationships with clients, consultants and architects, gained by ensuring that the most appropriate and cost-effective flood defence is designed.
We are able to design, supply and install flood defences globally, from America to Oman and from India to Australia.

vehicle & disabled access - flood depths up to 1.5m. Works with or against water pressure.
SWING-HINGE GATESOur swing-hinge gates
are designed for pedestrian access in a wall where there is a step or ramp.

AIRGATEAirGate is an innovative inflatable flood barrier
for doorways that automatically deploys when rising flood water triggers the sensor.

Automatic containment gates and barriers can be linked to fire alarms and
water sensors, with push button override and manual back-up.

A full service approach from feasibility through to handover is backed with state of the art technology and manufacturing techniques.
INNOVATION - Our reputation for innovation is unsurpassed. New designs for flood barriers and gates include large double bi-fold flood gates, inflating barriers, vertical rising barriers and extendable glass walls to cater for potential rises in flood levels in the future.
DESIGN - Our professional design service identifies the most appropriate flood defence solution. We provide CAD drawings of all installations ensuring they fit in with your requirements and that they integrate correctly.
MANUFACTURE - Our innovative flood prevention designs are manufactured to the highest exacting standards using steel, aluminium and glass. Our manufacturing operations are based in both the UK and Germany.
INSTALLATION - A full installation service is available using our highly experienced trained fitters. Once completed, the flood prevention installation will be tested and training provided by our team on the correct use of the system.
MAINTENANCE - A full Maintenance Contract is offered on our flood management solutions.
All professional services are supported by flood defence specific Professional Indemnity Insurance. All barriers are guaranteed for 2 years as standard with a 5 year warranty available with maintenance agreement.
