Flextronics Supplier Portal (FSP) Overview

What is FSP?

FSP is a centralized, web-based application that manages and supports collaborative supply chain processes between Flextronics and its Suppliers.

FSP Automates collaboration for:

• Purchase Orders (New, Change, Cancel)

• Forecast & Forecast Commit

• Advance Shipment Notice (ASN)

• SMI Pulls & Inventory Commit

FSP Offers multiple methods for collaboration:

• Web Portal; which includes: • On Line updates

• Mass Excel Download/Upload

• PO Work Lists (POWL)

• Excel Email

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / FSP combination • Transactions can be sent via EDI and also to the FSP Web Portal so Supplier can respond

either via EDI or FSP, depending on the Suppliers capabilities

FLT – Full Lead Time: o Lead Time to delivery goods is equal to Manufacturer Lead Time plus Transit Time

o Supplier builds & ships per PO

CRP – Continuous Replenishment Program:

o Lead Time to delivery goods is less than or equal to 2 weeks o Supplier builds to forecast and ships per PO

SMI – Supplier Managed Inventory:

o Lead Time to deliver goods is less than or equal to 2 days o Inventory is owned & managed by supplier; Consignment, Virtual Hub, 3PL o Supplier builds to forecast and ships per pull request

1. Contact Flextronics’ Site Buyer or FSP Coordinator

2. Obtain FSP On-Line Training User Name and Password

3. Complete, Sign and Return the FSP Communication Agreement

4. Take the FSP On-Line Training Courses

5. Receive FSP Username and Password via Email

6. Go Live on FSP
