All Belong, All Learn, All In!

FlexiSched

• FlexiSched is a website we will be using to register for sessions during E/I time

• Each week during cohort you will register for the following week

• You can get to the FlexiSched from • MyApps• phs.dog/ei

• We will now review how to register for sessions

This is your student dashboard. It is what you’ll see when you log in to FlexiSched

Your default location is your Cohort class. If you do not sign up for sessions you will be scheduled there.

To edit your schedule click the pencil.

When you click the pencil this box will pop up. You will register on Friday for the following week’s E/I.

You can view the entire Flex List and select a session you would like to attend. You will only see titles from the Flex List.

When a session is full it disappears from the Flex List.

You can also sort the flex list by category and only see sessions related to that department.

For example, these were the current available sessions for Math.

Once you have selected all of

your sessions for the week then

click save

When you have selected all of your sessions for the week your dashboard will show your schedule with full descriptions. The session description will include the room number so you know where to go.

You can email your schedule to yourself by clicking the envelope.

If you want to see the full schedule you can scroll down on your dashboard. The display entries should be set to ALL to see all sessions.

At the bottom of the full schedule you can search. Start by clearing all the entries! You can search by:• Teacher name (aka flex name)• Category • OR typing into the date boxes for descriptions

When teachers know they will not be available that will be indicated on the schedule

The different types of sessions are shown with different colors on the schedule

If there is a red check this means the teacher has requested you.

You will not be able to change your session if a teacher requests you.
